We aim to enrich the competitive gaming experiences for all Dutch(speaking) gamers. The online league systems on the Trilaner websites enable competitive gamers of all experience levels to compete against players/teams of the same experience level, thus lowering the threshold to participate in fun and competitive gaming.
Our websites enable all gamers to incorporate their passion for gaming into their daily lives. Our community websites simplify making new friends, joining a unique team, planning practice matches against friend (or foe!) and starting deep, complex discussions concerning numerous aspects of their to-go-to game.
We are facilitators of offline events. We already have coordinated several live-viewing events concerning the largest esports tournaments on the planet. We plan to continue doing so, and also expand its offline endeavours into LAN-events etc.
Four friends, who loved a competitive online game called DotA2, had trouble finding new friends to play with and against. We all surfed the web in search for an online community for Dutch speaking DotA2 enthusiasts. However, none were to be found. It was at this moment they all decided to change that! The friends started developing a concept called: Dutch Dota!
The first version of dutchdota.com was launched. With great rejoice we were finally able to show everyone we had created the first and only dutch-speaking Dota community.
After much development and some clever marketing, we launched the Dutch Dota League (DDL for short). The Dutch Dota community longed for a way to compete competitively amongst each other. There are several other online companies who facilitate the creation of competitive gaming leagues. However, none of them really fit our criteria, so we decided once again, to build it ourselves.
We loved what we were doing! And we figured we should be future proof. The competitive game of Dota2 will not stay popular for ever, that is why we created the company: Trilaner. Trilaner creates competitive social gaming websites.
